I personally could probably use a big revamp to my linger- I mean underwear drawer.
Admittedly the clutter in my home is insane. Like GP I have two children. Most days, for me, it is all I can do to make sure my kids remain clean and well fed. If I had the time I would love to step up my game and be more organized.
As I exit my 30s this year, I have no so much worried about aging as I have developed a concern for being healthier. It would seem GP shares this concern and her most recent goop entry shills for a new book called:
Perusing GP’s Wikipedia today, I noticed in her biography of academic accomplishments, it mentioned:
According to Daily Mail, GP has been taking her daughter Apple for facials at the tender age of 11.
Daily Mail reports that GP is a major financial backer for a new Arts Club in Los Angeles where the elite can go to exercise, spa, shop, hang out. Only existing members can nominate new members to join the exclusive club or
GP is probably kicking herself for not starting up a multibillion dollar company like Jessica Alba did, but not to worry because she addresses a concern I once had when deciding on my own feminine products.
Last Wednesday in an interview with People magazine, GP shared this insight into how she feels about herself now at the age of 43 versus and whether she’d like to turn back time.

Like GP I am a believer in having sex, but sometimes you just don’t have the energy or the motivation.
One of my favorite words in my youth, was to refer to my friends and family as “dude” when I found something they said to be funny or strange as a way of expressing affection or frustration.
It may seem like a fad but truly, bone broth is amazing and healthful for you. GP has an in depth examination of this on her free website.
When asked what she wouldn’t leave home without on her website GP answered:
Gwyneth Paltrow likes underwear. I am also a fan of underwear.
The thing is, there is nothing exciting that is currently being publicized in GP’s future as a new exciting project she is part of or working on. Without something to countdown towards, I have no discernible goal to count down to (hence the title). 30 days is a realistic number. I hope to exceed it, but let’s face it,…
Sort of anyways.
I don’t know if I have the burner for this screen name anymore because I thought I wrote it down but then it wouldn’t work but then it did?
Not that ANYONE has been looking (which I’m fine with, I’m doing this for me) but I am sorry for not being vigilant about this whole blogging thing. I only do it at work, when I have free time, and that has been difficult as of late.
Thank goodness it is Friday.
