Found all these nice shiny things at Walmart a couple of days ago! I was afraid I wouldn’t get that purple Skyline. I had to look through 5 smaller dump bins before I found one buried.
If you’ve watched The Godfather, you’ll understand the title of this post. If not, watch the movie. Seriously. Watch it.

Well, I should have quit die-cast completely for the year after my massive HAWL from Japan. Alas, that’s not how addictions work! First up, this trio of Auto Worlds. This is the best version of the Kingswood Estate by a mile in my opinion.
Found a couple of nice Greenlight trucks at Toys R Us. The Ford is super cool and a nice surprise, wasn’t expecting it at all! And I have a few Falken cars in my collection so this Hitch and Tow set is a perfect fit. These colors work well on just about anything. Happy hunting!
The stash from Ck Model Cars finally came home yesterday with my friend who is here on a vacation. Originally I thought that it was a mistake to splurge like this, but on hindsight, with the kind of deal I got (with flat shipping), I can’t think of even one of these that I wouldn’t want in my collection. And I am so…
The Walmart exclusive Chevy 100th anniversary trucks are out, well some. The Avalanche and ‘47 wasn’t there.
It’s an obsession now.
The Chevy featured in a previous post meets a friend.
All four releases plus the two ultra reds. I’m glad Round 2 is going to release some more soon!
I’ve had this puppy for a while but I never got around to posting it. I have another version that has a surfboard in the back (this one has half of a broken one molded onto the bed. I will have to put them side by side and do a photoshoot with both). The steelies are a nice touch
Often, delivery vans are boring, but this ‘55 Chevy Panel from the 2010 series Hot Wheels delivery sure brings the party in the back, with a wicked diecast motorbike!
A true workhorse, when Chevrolet designed this they probably hadn’t the looks as their first priority. They achieved, however, a true gem of a design in form of this 70's stepside truck, marvelously recreated by Matchbox in a period correct color combo. What a great cast!
Part of the Auction Block series, apparently this ‘69 Chevy C10 fetched high numbers in the Barett & Jackson auction house. I have this model for several years, but I think I’ve never showcased it here.
